Mat PILATES
The perfect complimentary class to bridge Barrecore and Reformcore
Curated based on classical Pilates with a contemporary vibe. Our mat-based Pilates classes work the entire body through a series of repetitive exercises, refining muscle tone and definition. Our mat Pilates sequence is made up of classical, floor-based exercises that improve full body strength, flexibility and postural alignment. Pilates can also help prevent injuries and improve recovery and performance.
Suitable for all levels, this class promotes mind-body awareness, improves mental clarity and is designed to fit perfectly complement your weekly Barrecore class routine. Not suitable for pre-natal clients.

Beginner
BarreSIGNATURE
The original and most popular class
BarreSIGNATURE caters to all abilities and is always challenging. In this class, we use a combination of bodyweight resistance, light props, and high repetitions to exhaust all your major muscle groups. The constant change of choreography keeps your mind and muscles guessing.
Pre-natal clients are welcome to attend this class however we highly recommend first completing our pre-natal modification session.

Intermediate
BarreSCULPT
Using bands to get an even deeper burn
BarreSCULPT offers the same low-impact, high-intensity workout as our signature class, but with added challenge! In this class we use resistance bands, which triggers the isometric connection in your muscles more easily. This generates a quicker burn out and accelerates the change you will see and feel in your body!
Prenatal clients are welcome to attend this class however we highly recommend first completing our pre-natal modification session.

Intermediate
BarreSWEAT
Strength + Definition
Building on our BarreSIGNATURE class, BarreSWEAT is a fun-filled, endorphin HIIT, that adds low-impact, cardio exercises. It’s a small step up from our BarreSIGNATURE, so we recommend having done 3-4 classes before challenging yourself to something new, fun and dynamic.
This class is not suitable for pre-natal clients.

BarreFORM
A slower pace with a focus on technique
BarreFORM builds on our famous BarreSIGNATURE class, but goes even deeper into our technique, helping you refine your positioning to get the most out of every single barre move in all your Barrecore classes.
With more repetitions and slower transitions, this is a great class if you’re new to barre fitness, recovering from injury or are pregnant – but it’s also attended by our hardcore clients as it’s still a very challenging class!
Prenatal clients are welcome to attend this class however we highly recommend first completing our pre-natal modification session.

Intermediate
BarreRESTORE
For stretching and lengthening
BarreRESTORE uses a unique combination of breathing techniques, joint mobilisation, and lengthening stretches. Regular stretching will help you improve your positioning in class, allowing you to hold your poses longer, and feel yourself get stronger! We recommend a weekly BarreRESTORE class to really see the benefits!
Prenatal clients are welcome to attend this class however we highly recommend first completing our pre-natal modification session.

BarreGLIDE
Using gliders to challenge the body with instability
Offering the same controlled movement, alignment, and focus on a body-brain connection as our SIGNATURE format, BarreGLIDE is our newest class format. BarreGLIDE provides a deeper burn in your core with a more pronounced range of motion using gliders to challenge the body with instability, whilst working through super-slow 4-count movement.
Not suitable for pre or post-natal but please get in touch to discuss our pre-natal modification session.

Advanced
BarreADVANCED
More repetitions with less rest
A place for teachers to get creative with their choreography and have some fun with only advanced options. Expect advanced variations with more repetition and less recovery between sets. Get ready to be pushed to the next level with a BarreADVANCED class.
This class is not suitable for pre-natal clients.

Barrecore Pre-natal Modification Session
Strenght + Definition
We offer private maternity modification sessions so you can enjoy full Barrecore classes with pregnancy safe adaptations. One of our expert teachers will guide you through how to adapt our classic Barrecore movements to ensure they are safe and comfortable for you during pregnancy. You can still expect a challenging workout that exhausts your muscles but is safe for you and your baby.
